Brownfield sites include properties such as abandoned factories, industrial sites, dry cleaners, gas stations, and old buildings with environmental concerns. Redeveloping a brownfield property can be a complex process, requiring considerable planning and implementation efforts due to the potential risk to human health and the environment.
Trihydro staff have managed brownfield sites under various regulatory programs and understand the technical and administrative processes required to move a site through closure to beneficial reuse. We have experience with a variety of hazardous substances and environmental contamination. This experience along with our knowledge of the brownfield grant process allows us to assist clients in maximizing the value of each dollar spent.
Our knowledge of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Brownfields Program and past project experience allows us to identify and screen eligible properties, conduct community outreach, and provide viable cleanup options based on current and future site uses.
