TRIHYDRO IS A PRIVATE CORPORATION OWNED BY A SELECT GROUP OF EMPLOYEE SHAREHOLDERS.

To promote internal ownership and create opportunities for employee growth, Trihydro created a formal Ownership Leadership Succession and Expansion Program (OLSEP) in 2006. The objective of the OLSEP is to identify, mentor, and grow future leaders and owners of the Corporation. The Board of Directors and existing shareholders identify and select candidates to become shareholders, generally on an every other year basis. Shareholders are charged with electing the Board of Directors and have a high responsibility to steward Trihydro’s culture of integrity, excellence, and entrepreneurship.
