We offer two different health insurance packages to meet different employee needs, both with reasonable premiums, competitive rates, and excellent coverage. Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in healthcare coverage on their first day of employment.

OWNERSHIP LEADERSHIP SUCCESS AND EXPANSION PROGRAM

Trihydro is privately owned by a group of employee shareholders. Committed to operating as a closely held corporation, Trihydro formally created its Ownership Leadership Succession and Expansion Program (OLSEP) in 2006. The OLSEP was established due to the recognized need for company financial, leadership, and succession planning, as well as to create opportunities for employee growth and promote internal ownership. The specific objectives of the OLSEP are to:
