New Refinery Sector Rule Reporting Requirements

Now that the first half of 2019 semiannual reports (SARs) are in everyone’s queue, here is a reminder to include the newly applicable reporting requirements in your SARs.

Below is a list of the new reporting requirements based on regulatory compliance dates. Note that if you have a site-specific extension for certain sources, these may not be applicable yet.
