On December 1, 2015, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published the final Refinery Sector Rule (RSR). This requires refineries to establish a program to continuously monitor benzene concentrations at the fenceline, using sorbent tube monitors that encircle the facility to better identify sources of benzene in all wind directions. Trihydro’s Fenceline Pro™ connects the refinery’s field monitoring operations, meteorological station, and laboratory data to securely collect, validate, and aggregate data.  The tool performs calculations, alert stakeholders, and allows multiple users to input refinery activity logs with both visual analysis and access to data.
