Trihydro continues to grow our capabilities and experience with the addition of our new senior air professional, John Pfeffer.
John is based in our Golden, CO office and will provide support to our Air & Process Services Team with air compliance, permitting, auditing, and rule implementation. He will primarily serve Trihydro’s clients in the petroleum industry.
Prior to joining Trihydro, John performed, supervised, and managed environmental projects in the refining and oil & gas sector for over 27 years. His experience includes managing Clean Air Act (CAA) permitting and compliance projects involving consent decrees, New Source Review (NSR), Title V, Benzene Waste Operations NESHAP (BWON), New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT), and Miscellaneous Organic NESHAP (MON). He also has experience in leak detection and repair (LDAR) program implementation and management.
His favorite projects
As a seasoned air professional, John’s favorite projects are those that have a direct, tangible, and positive impact to the success of an organization. His most proud career achievement was establishing a team of dedicated professionals to support and maintain effective environment, health, and safety (EHS) compliance management programs at a refinery in the Rocky Mountain region.
And did you know?
On the weekends, you can catch John spending quality time camping with his family, homebrewing, and coaching or attending his kids’ sporting events. Additionally, he is a self-proclaimed diehard Oklahoma Sooners fan and can been heard chanting, “Boomer!” from across state lines.
