Trihydro’s New Braunfels, Texas office recently experienced a meaningful night of community service at Connections Individual and Family Services. Connections is a non-profit organization that temporarily houses at-risk children and youth who have been removed from their families for a variety of reasons.
After raising funds for Connections in 2017 as part of Trihydro’s Employee Giving Week, Trihydro-New Braunfels decided to do something more for the 17 children, 6 to 13 years old, who currently reside at Connections. The office donated their time and resources to host a night of food and games at Connections on Thursday, January 25.
The night consisted of hotdogs on the grill, root beer floats, and helping the children with their daily chores. Trihydro staff also had the opportunity to take the children outdoors to play basketball and soccer.
