What happens if I do not complete
the Recertification by July 1, 2015?

 Facility does not have permit coverage under new
General Permit

 Water Boards will send out Notice(s) of Non-Compliance.
If permit coverage is not obtained a Mandatory Minimum
Penalty of at least $5000 is issued.

 If the facility discharges without permit coverage a
penalty up to $10,000 per day per violation and $10 per
gallon for discharges over 1,000 gallons.
