Dear Clients, Business Partners, Friends, and Family,
We are truly experiencing a unique situation that our communities, industry, nation and world have not experienced before. “Our Safety is My Responsibility” has been the central tenet of our safety culture at Trihydro Corporation. The purpose of this communication is to provide you with an update regarding the measures we have taken to protect the health of our employees and team members and reduce potential risks, while ensuring that we have a plan to continue to effectively operate and meet expectations of our clients.
We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, in addition to tracking the specific requirements and guidance of our clients and site managers. Based upon recommendations from the WHO, CDC and local/state organizations, we are implementing social distancing protocols that include restrictions on non-essential travel, limiting face-to-face interactions and meetings, and canceling attendance at all conferences for the foreseeable future. Our management team will continue to provide pertinent information and evolving guidance to our employees, business partners and team members, which is key during this time of uncertainty.
We have also been furthering flexible work options and providing our employees with the ability to effectively work and collaborate from home. Additionally, our employees are very adept at working remotely and we are confident that they will continue to be able to support any of your ongoing and changing needs. Our production and communications staff will continue to be connected and available in order to ensure timely communications and efficient development of necessary work products.
At this time, much of our field work continues to be deemed essential for operational continuity and regulatory compliance. Fortunately, this work is often outdoors with limited personal contact. However, we are working with our field staff to implement special additional precautions to reduce potential exposure. Additionally, we are staying in close communication with our clients to understand possible changes in site requirements and project objectives.
During these challenging and uncertain times, it is more important than ever to look out for the safety of one another. We hope that everyone is staying well and taking the appropriate steps to reduce the potential effects associated with the COVID-19 outbreak. We are committed to continuing our partnership with each of you to ensure that our work is completed safely and effectively. We are also committed to advancing our safety and contingency plans as this situation evolves in order to continue to provide all of you with the highest level of support now, in the near term and future, no matter what this disturbance throws at us.
We understand the importance of trust and the value of long-term relationships. If you have any questions, suggestions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your Project Manager, primary point of contact, or me.
